Tom Felton has three older brothers and the actor studied at the West Horsley’s Cranmore School, until turning 13. Tom has confirmed that the actors will be playing their older selves during this final scene and that they are having some age training to help. On other news for Tom, it has been suggested by some that he should be in the remake of Footloose. A campaign by fans has been started to petition for Tom to get the role. Craig Brewer is heading the remake and fans are tweeting him on the social website Twitter to put Tom in his movie remake of the film which originally starred Kevin Bacon. Craig Brewer had been tweeted so much that he had to reply to the rising tide of support for Tom. Tom has stated that he would love to take on a song and dance challenge.

Tom became known internationally for his role as Draco Malfoy. Draco is the bully and enemy of Harry Potter. He had auditioned for the roles of Harry Potter and Ron Weasley as well. Tom had had the most film experience of the four main characters chosen for the Harry Potter films. Tom has appeared in all of the Harry Potter movies.

Tom started his own official fan club in 2004, the Official Tom Felton Fan Club. His fan club became so popular that he had to put a temporary stop to people signing up to the fan club.

When asked what a kid should do if they are being bullied Tom replied that they should tell someone, it is not something you want to keep to yourself. November 11, 2005 Tom and Rupert Grint presented Liz Carnell with the Daily Mirror’s Pride of Britain Award. This was to honor all of the work she has done to raise awareness of the dangers of bullying.

Tom has posted three music videos on YouTube under the Feltbeats account. In these three music videos he performs parts of original songs.
